How to arrange and secure your holiday!
What can you do if your child is suddenly ill? This is when travel insurance cancellation cover plus administration fee more than pays for itself. Upon presentation of a medical certificate, you will save any cancellation fees.

Administration fee and travel cancellation insurance premium per holiday:
per adult €25, per child €12.

Net deposit amount:
per adult up to 3 days €90, per adult from 4 days €170.
When making a deposit without travel cancellation insurance our cancellation terms below apply!

Cancellation terms:
Upon payment of a deposit without travel cancellation insurance the following cancellation fees will be charged: in accordance with the guidelines of the Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations, for cancellation at the latest three months before the agreed date of arrival we do not charge a cancellation fee. Three months to 14 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee corresponding to the room price for three days. Fourteen days before arrival or for early departure we calculate and charge 80% of the room price.
